I am a student of 20 from Bhopal and my family belongs to a scheduled caste of MP, khangar. My parents(both 50) n myself are being repeatedly threatened by my relatives of a false case IPC 498a dowry case, the relatives mentioned are the in-laws of my cousin who’s the son of my father’s sister. My parents didn’t take a single penny from these people and some of their personal expenses were also met by my father, whatever gifts were presented to the couple were sent to their residence asap. They’re demanding jewellery, heavy cash and the ownership of the house in which we are staying, which is solely built and owned by my father through a bank loan. All of my mother’s jewellery was made at her ancestral home and she has a receipt for each of her items. My father is a very reputed bank employee in the audit department and is constantly on tour. These people have been constantly threatening and torturing my mother, who’s a cardiac patient, mentally on phone. And as my father has some sort of legal alibi they might sort to target my mother, brother(18) n myself in the matter, both of us undergoing admission processes in reputed institutes. So we fear they might spoil our careers. They’ve also sort to physical, life and property threats to us directly and through other people in terms with us.

Is there any possible way by which we can obtain a legal immunity for the present and a total seizure of all correspondence through some sort of restraining order?
