we suffere a major loss in biz, and the case has been lodged under eow and the opposition is trying to proove it as cheating and fraud case.my hubby is in pc.pls. help and suggest

The facts are insufficient for even the best lawyers to assist you in the case. As a starter I would suggest that you hire a good criminal lawyer for making a bail application.
