hello,

a known guy took some loan amount from me and then later paid me through cheque which bounced. after that he gave me 2 more cheques of different banks and they too bounced. he also gave me 2 more cheques telling that it has been given by some other person who had to pay him and he gave it on my name but they too bounced. in total 5 cheques bounced.

can i lodge a case against him.

i also have lots of messages as proofs that he had to repay me the amount.
