Dear Respected Friend, I am in technical education.I am deprived of promotion due to non recognition of a qualification for last 20 years. on march 2009 I, as a last resort, requested AICTE ( An authorized body ) to recognize my qualification for promotion. They in RTI reply stated that the representation will be put in board on as and when meeting is held. Now much time has gone and I am on verge of retirement. Is there any legal aspect possible for time frame action. Can anybody help me in this issue? Any result oriented support in this regard will be properly compensated and honored.
