Lanco land dispute

AnonymousLLB 25 May 2012, 19:57

Unplanned real estate growth ,demand-supply mismatch and soaring land prices have resulted in steep increase of land prices

And the apex court’s decision that the ANDHRA PRADESH state government should compensate the board either monetarily or by providing alternative land.

Equivalent to market price prevailing today in the event of title dispute pending in the court between Andhra Pradesh and the Wakf Board is decided in favour of the wakf board.

I think justice has been denied and a PIL needs to be filed as it incurs a heavy loss to the exchequer as the money given in the form of compensation is collected from the people including aam aadmi
