I want to start a new website where the the users will be playing games for rewards. The options are :

1. User books a seat on a 4 player game of skill by paying Rs 5. If he wins , he gets Rs 18.

2. User books a seat on a 4 player game of luck by paying Rs 5. If he wins , he gets Rs 18.

3. User books a seat on a 4 player game of skill and luck by paying Rs 5. If he wins , he gets Rs 18.

4. User books a seat on a 4 player game of skill by paying Rs 5. If he wins , he gets a gift coupon of some reputed store worth Rs 18.

5. User books a seat on a 4 player game of luck by paying Rs 5. If he wins , he gets a gift coupon of some reputed store worth Rs 18.

6. User books a seat on a 4 player game of skill and luck by paying Rs 5. If he wins , he gets a gift coupon of some reputed store worth Rs 18.

7. On a bidding site, a user buys a bid package for Rs 5. He is asked to bid his unique low amount for a cash prize of Rs 1000. He can bid for the money as many times as he buys the bid package. The lowest unique bidder wins the prize money. (Bidding a small amount of money for a bigger sum)

If any one or more of these ideas are in accordance with the laws of India and International Laws, they could be launched. It is intended for an international audience.
