I am Rahul.I am an advocate.
I see that u have queries bout eviction of tenant.
It would have been helpful had u mentioned ur location.
All over India there are Statewise Rent Control Legislations.
Eg. in Maharashtra, the Maharashtra Rent Control Act, 1999
is applicable for any dispute between a landlord and a tenant.
There are Small Causes Court which are specifically
established under the Act which have special jurisdiction
to try and entertain such tenancy disputes.
The disputes can be of eviction or as regards to any tenancy facilities like electricity.
