Dear Sir,

I have purchased a built house( in my name) 8 years back. Then I gave a power of attorney (full) to my father & mother. Now my father passed away. And also the original power of attorney is with me now. There is no more photocopy of this power of attorney with anyone apart from the original document with me.can i cancel the power of attorney on registerar office now? if at all,i keep the power of attorney, later do i need to get signature from my brother/sister for selling this property? is the power of attorney vaild because it is on my mother name?

Can you give me the details?

Thanks
