your issue’s

1—creation of uid/pwd by the husband and posting on to the porn sites and etc … the act in itself is a crime(outraging the modesty of women/impersonification) and so on so you can straight away lodge a complaint to the concerned p.s and if not taken and if no ack is given then you can allway’s send the complaint’s to the p.s and also to the higher officials with an RPAD.

2—as my learned collegue ritely said how can they arrest you and did you said you were sent to remand ? and have they made any GD entry or something like that where in it shows that there were complaints lodged against you by some one and some action has been taken and have the lady officer/personnel were there to escort you to question.

3—and you can take action against both the parties (husband&police) if you wish.
