Dears.

Please help me to know, how to take stay order on my house.

I stay in my father’s(Late) home since last 30 years. i have 3 sisters (Married) and 4 years ago we had sold half site (20*30) area from (40*30) of our site dimension.

Since we are totally 5 people including my mother, sisters and me. Unfortunately it came to my knowledge last 3 and half years ago that my sisters have released my mother and my name from the khatha of other half site.

I am staying in that site with my mother now and since its small home without a seperate room, i thought to build a small room inside. Knowing this my sister’s came home and abused me and my mother and are asking 6 lac each to get relieved.

I am really loosing patience and unable to concentrate at work.

I am taking care of my 66 year old mother as my responsibility and not earning enough as if 18 lac is affordable from me.

My sisters call me continously and harass me for money. So i came to know from one of my friend that we can take a stay order on property. So that we can have equal right to live there.

Can anyone please advise me how to get a stay order.
