I had given my house on rent from Sept. ,2011 at Guwahati with a 1yr lease contarct. after 03 months, the tennat has stopped paying rent and when asked the rent along with electricity bill, he says to pay one after another but in vain. The matter has gone worse and the tennat has complained to police that I threatned of dire consequences if rent is not paid.

Pls. suggest how to evict the tennat as it has caused much problem.
