Kindly let me advise if some one bought the Housing Group Society Flate in Delhi in March 2012 on Agreement to Sell.and on the basis of this the seller also buy property on agreement to sell and the property is clear able to transfer but due to the goverment ban here in delhi the seller willnot be able to pay for new property? what is the option for to save the paid amount of buyer and seller ? I hope so the government would allow everything as before they did upto Ist may 2012 because thousands of property deals committed on the basis of agreement to sell.

if the government will not amended upto Ist May 2012 then the other property amount forefitted because there is no any ban for to buy clear property transfer.The other side in delhi due to ban how can it possible for to recover the paid money from the Seller Because the Seller said he already bought other property and paid amount in agreement to sell and there is no any ban and the owner of that property clearly advised they have no any concern with the Delli property and if the seller do not make his payment on time then asper agreement to sell will be terminated and the amount forefitted. I am so upset because the time is too much close like 5-6 days for expiring agreement to see. What would be the best way ?
