HC Status Quo on Gaur Celestial Project.. Can flats be sold?

Gaursons has procured from Authority some disputed land at Indirapuram (for Gaur Celestial Project) whose acquisition was challenged in High Court and on which high court has given Status Quo. I want to know can Gaursons or resellers on the behalf of Gaur Celestial Indirapuram project can Sell the flats on the disputed land… Thanks
