i purchased the plot in 1993 and i am in peaceful possesion till today, i build a house in that plot, and taken electricity conection, now a person legal heirs came and showing the 1992 sale deed of the part of the same plot, am i became the owner by the law adverse possesion, kindly sugest me …raghu

Adverse possession is immaterial in this case.
Did you check up the encumbrance details in the year 1993?
If there was no reference to the 1992 transaction in the records of the registrar, and if the records show only your transaction of the subsequent year, then you can safely ignore the bogus or unregistered 1992 documents and the claimant.
It is not the records in the possession of the public which matter but the records in the registrar’s office.
