Property Dispute.Camera Installation

My name is Sohail.I and my family stay in joint property in Mumbai.The Property is co-owned by my 2 other uncles.One of them has installed camera in the galleries of the home without my permission.Is this legal or can i do something about it, if I feel that this is done to keep a check on me and my family.

Where is the camera focussed?
If this is to monitor the movements in a common area where all of you can access, you cannot have any grievance about it.
On the other hand, you can install your camera too there.
But, if the camera monitors the movements in your personally occupied area, you can challenge it as you have the right to privacy in your residence.
