If you didn’t commit any wrong,
then go directly to the police station and compain about him. if he is real police , this subordinate will take action in voliation of Sec 76 of IPC… and also he would be liable for Battery..(next to assult ) and you can also registrar a compalint aginst him..
on Abatment of suicide..
Rest every thing woudl be settled…
First inform your parents .. then proceed

what if his subordinate don’t help , because he was not in uniform so we could’t take the name. we were so scared at that time that we just wanted to move from that situation, because something like this never happened with us or seen this kind of situation. Also the problem is we are student and we commited to eachother , but we haven’t informed about our relationship to our parents. Also tell me, he just can’t put any charges on us , he would require some evidence for any thing. What is the future precaution we can take just in case he and us or one of us come face to face.
