One day me & my girlfriend were riding on my bike, thr was some technical issue came in bike and it got stopped. It was dark at that place , we got down to check. I chked and issue was resolved , but by then one man came , he was a policeman in civils as he said ( he was in his formal black leather shoes ). He then started questioning us what we were doing thr in dark, I tried to explain him , but he didn,t believed me and started saying that I & my girlfriend were involed physically at that place and started abusing both of us. then he took the key of my bike and asked us ride with him to the police station, I tried to explain him , but he stopped the bike at some place away from where we were and asked us to sit on the bricks. There were some people, but they knew him as they were talking friendly to him. Then he started abusing both of us and said he will take us to police station and arrest me under ipc 376 (which i blv is rape ) and her for prostitution , we got very scared because it was first time with us that something like this was happening. Then again he beat me up i didn’t tried to confront him because i was scared for both of us (me & her). After few min he asked her to go and take the auto to go home , i asked to her to leave as I wanted atleast her to be safe. Then he asked me money , what ever I had, I gave it to him. Then he told me to leave asap in opposite direction to what my girlfriend went. I immediately took my bike and after few 100-200mtr i stopped and called her and asked to move from thr asap becuase by then she didn’t got the auto, she said yes and disconnected the call. After that I called her many times she did’t picked up the call , i got worried and kept calling. Later she called me & we met then she told me that He followed her , he took her hand and tried to take her to isolated place and was making physical advances , but she shouted and got herself freed and ran toward the crowded place , he followed hr but before he could reach her again she got the auto and got away from that place. In between he also threatened us that if he see us again he will take action. I am scared that it was near our locality where we live, if he see us or one of us anyday , what should we do if again try to assault us ????? plz reply because it is putting me under immense mental pressure.
