Is there any respect for the petitioners council when they argue in High court ?

Why do Judges belive the standing councils of Government without any proof and

knowingly that they are wrong. This has happend in our case in Honerable high court of AP WP NO 21088 / 2011. we came to high court for justice but the honerable justice is simply passing the time and allowing the corporation to cotinue its illegal constructions. Iam sharing this informations for some valuable sugestions and iam also sharing our bitter experience with the courts. I think Courts are here to help The Governament and its Corrupted officials to carry out their SCAMS.
