SALE DEED MISSING

I have registered resale flat last month and at the time of rgistering

came to know that the original sale agreement between the builder and the purchaser is missing and they have taken a copy endorsed in 2006. No other

go since we went upto that stage the property got registered. After the builder and purchaser, there was 3 transactions prior to us and all the names are reflected in EC. Could you please let me know what are the repurcations due to this.

Property is in our possession now.

Your name is reflecting in EC? How about RTC (Pahany)

Go for the Mutation, if not till now..

However, i hope, you must have taken true copy of the builder and ex purchaser agreement.

So dont worry…
