the police offficer has been tracking my cell tower location and call records. all this becoz im involved with his son..is it legal? can he retreiev text messages

You have a right to privacy. How do you know that you are being tracked? Did anyone tell you. If so change your service provider, file a complaint with the superior officer of the over protective cop dad.
