Hi -
We are in great trouble, a friend of mine was requested by a girl to love her. She continued torturing him by threatening she would commit suicide…after a sometime she requested him to stay with her for five days, if he likes her he can marry her else he can leave…
Guy stayed with her for 4/5 days.. and then they departed. Now the girl after 3/4 months comes back and says she was pregnant because of him and she got aborted it.She claims she has DNA proof , that proves that guy is the reason for her aborted kid.
She has claimed the guy either to marry her or she would file a complaint against him.
We are not sure what should be done legally now.
We know we can’t prove that she tortured him legally. Need some advice on the issue.
Though it sounds we lie here, that’s the truth. Not all girls are good.

Dude - you seem to be the alter ego of your friend. I suggest that you file a police complaint before she does. Alternatively, meet a lawyer (physically) and get help.

We absolutely believe you man, girls can be such a pain. The girl in question is out of her mind, first she “requests your friend to love her” then she sleeps with him. Your friend is a dumb guy, he should not have accepted such requests and should have done a background check on the girl with suicidal tendencies. Now that she claims she has “DNA proof” is interesting.
OK remedies- I am sure you..err your friend has some messages/phone recordings of the pleasant things that the girl has said in past, that can help you prove that the chic is creating havoc and threatening you with suicide. Secondly, as suggested by Anonymous, file a police complaint. Third, unlikely but be very smart with the girl, tell her that you have police contacts and political connections so nothing is ever going to happen even if she tries to die or file a case. DNA proof! Do you know how much DNA testing costs and how accessible it is. And DNA proof of an abortus is quite fanciful in Tamil Nadu I would say. I don’t advise Police action by you, Cops are crooks and will unnecessarily fleece you and complicate the matter. At most she can allege rape or false promise to marry. No one can enforce Marriage in India, not even the courts. And Criminal charge against you for rape or fraud will collapse easily. Relax nothing is going to happen.
