Hi,

I was staying with my father, till last year on family owned home which was in mother name. My mother died 2 year back and there was no will. However, after the birth of my girl child, there was lots of fight & mantal harrasing happening at home and we had to leave home to peace. We are 2 brothers & two sisters.

I want to put a stay on the house, so that my siblings and my father does not able to sale the house without my consent. However, I have no issues if they rent the home. I am Hindu.

Can someone please advice me the procedure for the same.
