Booked disputed flat in Gaur Celestial Indiraputam Project

My husband booked a flat in Gaur Celestial Indirapuram Project. I later came to know from local brokers that Gaur Celestial is disputed in Allahabad High court. They even provided the case numbers. On further inquary I came to know that Banks cannot provide loans on such property. What could be the best option now.

Can you tell me more about this disput. It would be very disconcerting if reputed builders like Gaursons are involved in knowingly hiding the facts with general public.
Allotment of Gaur Celestial to Gaursons is much bigger then dispute, it is the unfolding of a bigger land scam that covers Noida extension and other land at Greater Noida and Ghaziabad. Huge bribes were openly collected by the officials of previous government. Here in this Case, Allotment to Gaur Celestial was done by the then VC of GDA Mr. Narendra Chawdhary on 24/Dec/12 even when model code of conduct was in force. This reason in itself is sufficient to cancel the allotment, let alone the illegal invocation of urgency clause and huge kickbacks paid in the form of partnership to then official’s family members. And now Gaur Celestial is trying to sell the project to innocent flat buyers to make them party in the court cases to get the benefit of courts benevolence much on the similar lines of Noida extension.
Any news about dispute in Gaur Celestial Indirapuram project. Has anybody able to secure the copy of the petition which has challenged the allotment to Gaur Celestial? What is status of Case against Gaursons Gaur Celestial?
