I booked flat in an upcoming one new construction housing project in Raigad (Dist) … last year in June (2011)! The Builder’s company Head Office is in Navi Mumbai…

They said that the flat cost would be around 22 Lacs and that they will take One and a half year for the completion of the project… It was agreed that I need a Housing Loan towards purchasing of the flat… which would be possible only after the registration of the PROPERTY…

I was asked to pay 20% of the Flat Basic Cost… I paid the amount… I was told that the Registration of the said flat will be done in Oct - Nov. 2011…

In the meanwhile in Oct 2011, I was asked to pay further some amount…which I replied stating that any further payment is not possible without a housing loan… They did not reply my letter… In Nov. 2011, I again received that letter which I again replied stating my inability to pay without a Housing Loan… Afterwards, I have not received any letters… But, when ever I ask and insist a time frame etc. for Registration.. they say after 15 - 20 day but now April 2012 has come and there is no convincing word etc. as to when the REGISTRATION will take place…

Sir, how to respond to this peculiar situation..? How long should I WAIT?

They have never replied my Emails… I wrote many emails to them in the past 6 - 7 months… and telephone every 15 days to them…
