needed your help

my grand father purchase a 3 acer agri. land in 1996,

he do farming till he passed away in 1999,

after him my uncle start farming but after sometime the previous owner of land

capture a land illegally , start farming and put case against my father and uncle that he is the real owner of the land and my grand father take his sign on paper illegally but the upper coat reject his case against as . and give us degree of land

but the problem is that he continuously do farming in my family land ,

if we try to withdraw him from land ,he start threatening my family member ,

plzzz help me if any laws how best suited in this case
