Hi,

My Grandfather Owned a Property in New Delhi, He has 4 Son’s and 3 Married Daughters, Out of these 4 Son’s one son passed away around 10yrs ago.

Now my Grandfather has gifted his immoveable property to 3 son’s excluding the son family who passed away 10yrs ago and also excluding all 3 married daughters.

Please let me know what could be the consiquences in this case where in the Property was gifted and registered with the registrar in court and do they have any right left in the property and can claim for there share or not where as the property was gifted (7-8yrs ago) by my Grandfather before he expired.
