For all purposes Universal’s guide to LLB entrance is gr8, for legal reasoning refer to LST materials. A good newspaper, Manorama year book and CSR shall take care of GK (now dnt bother asking wot does CSR and LST stand for). Coaching is not necessary as this is not IIT and understanding the subject is no rocket science. But you may join classes just for fun, you will meet people with similar interest and goal, they will give you a lot of gyaan..mite be handy. Good coaching centres LST, career launcher and may be prime. There is another famous one in Delhi by the name of Ms. Bathala (not sure about the name)..Important questions, really? Read up all u can.
