Property papers are perfectly created what to do???

Dear All,
My father had purchased a plot but the seller did not make perfect papers from authority.In the papers we did not see any witness signs,we did not see any informatoin about the plot where it is located.Can an expert suggest what to do to convert it at my name (my father is not in the world).I am will be glad if someone help me.God bless you.

Dear Sujeet,
Get professional help for such a matter. I fail to understand that there is no description of property in the agreement. Also, check with the land records office if the title of the property is in the name of your father. Did he make a will of any sort? The property can be transferred in your name provided none of your brothers (if any)dispute.
