Could anybody please suggest me the best solution for my issue,

My Father own a residential land in Hyderabad of 300 sq yards area in which 75 sq yrd(approximately) we have constructed three rooms with asbestos covered roof for temperory purpose, mean while in the other open area in 150 sq yrds we started constructing a CC roofed house while staying in the previusly said 3 rooms, once the house in 150 sq yrds is completed we moved to this house and left that 3 rooms as it is as our financial status was not sufficient to construct in the whole area. later we allowed our uncle (mother’s brother) to stay in that 3 rooms just as a favour as he got newly married,later on afetr 5-6 yrs we asked him to vacate it as we want to construct the remaining area, there he pleaded us to give him some time to stay there so that he can search for another house to stay for which we granted but he prolonged it for 3 yrs pleading us for which we agreed as he is our mother’s brother, now he is claiming that as he is staying from past 13-14 yrs there he has a leagel right on the said property and he along with his wife filed a false case on me under section 448 and 427. all are suggesting us to sell it and get rid of them but we dont want to sell it. please help me.
