I have a CBI court case pending for last 22 years. The case is in special CBI court and in trial for last 10+ years. I am now retired from job as well. My passport has never been impounded and I was never arrested. Also, I got the passport in the regular way without any letter or special permission. Now, I have to travel abroad. Do I need permission to travel abroad? I have the visa as well.
