i have a land in pune near paud, i am purchasing this land last 34 year back i.e. 1979, we have a legal document with registration, that time 7/12 uttara with name of my father only, after three completeing 3 year one of our relatives illegally add there name in our 7/12 uttara, from last 3/4 year we came to know this illegal activity done by our relatives, after that we collect all document in paud tahsildar office,

pls. let me know how that name we are cancell in to our 7/12 utara, pls. provide legal suggestions.
