I write to you to seek advise on my problem as mentioned below:

Our premised was on rent to a state bank for more than 30 years. Although the bank had now evacuated the building but has not paid few water and electricity bills. But the bigger problem is that it took 3 years to accept to the revised letting rate and has still not agreed to pay the interest for the delay (3 years).Unfortunately the contract we had with them was not registered

Could you please suggest what we can do in this case, can we approach some lag body to resolve the matter?
