Family Details:-

My father is the only son of my grandfather along with 4 sisters. We are 2 brothers and 2 sisters (All are married and having children)

Property Details:-

My grandfather had purchase a house in Surat, Gujarat in the year 1958. My grandfather did not make any will but my father had made an illegal will and got this property on his name 20 years back.

My father is no more now.

We are getting 4 property tax bills from Municipal Corporation for the said property.

Back side of Home - Father’s Name

1st Floor – Brother’s Name

2nd Floor – My Name

Property Query:-

Currently I am living in Vapi and paying Property Tax of self and Father’s by cheque.

Brother is paying Property Tax of him self and Father’s by cheque.

I don’t know whether my father has made will or not.

My Brother lives in that property and intends to sell / make property on his name.

Is this possible? How can I stop this and get my share in that property?
