internship at income tax tribunal

hey.. i am in the first year doing b.com llb. …how good, do you think, is an internship at an income tax tribunal.. i want one not too pro. yet not too juvenile… please help me out with any other suggestions for internships also

So are u pursuing a five year course? In any case I guess 1st year people do not have adequate understanding of law. That is the reason why majority of decent firms offer internships to people from 3rd year onwards. In any case, in your case internship at Tribunal sounds fine. Initially you should intern with lawyers in courts, have a look at briefs and understand the importance of plaint, W.S and affidavits, learn court procedures etc.
