Respected Sir,

I am Dr.Paras Padhiyar working as medical officer in GMDC Ltd.in Gujarat.Our company concern with mining of lignite.

I have a some confusion regarding When to request postmortem.

If i receive any dead body from mines,it our duty is to establish that whether death of this person is because of mines activity or natural way. If i don’t find any type of injury on the body ,no sign of poisoning,even then i should ask postmortem or issue a dead certificate.

kindly give some rule about when to issue dead certificate and when not to give ask postmortem.
