Hello Legal Experts,

My maternal uncle is in the process of selling his house. But he seems to have lost his original registry papers. The same have been checked for in the GDA office also; there too only the xerox copies exist.

Please let me know what should be the procedure now? Is there any way to retrieve the original papers from somewhere? In case not, what needs to be done and what all documents would he need so that he can sell his house to the party without any glitches?
