One of my known person doing harrassment by making international call from Kuwait. Is it possible to lodge a compliant about him. Kindly help me.

okay dear i will suggest you first make continue contact with this person and after all you give a particular time to he will call you in particular time and then you should go any police helpline center and tape record your call with that person…and then the duty will come a part of police investigation..so that’s it…next time the person will call you again you give some time…fine
