I am final year law student but i have experience in recruitment, I was working as a consultant but now i left my job and want to work for a law firm which is into corporate law.

I’d like to know what is the criteria they look for selecting a candidate into corporate law firm?

what are the skills and expertise they require to put resume for corporate law firm.

As most of the law firms take candidates from Law Premier Law Schools are there any vacancies for students other the from law schools?
