How to get Grandmother property share papers.All the respected experts please help

I am one of the four grandchild of our grandmother whose name is piece of land in the delhi.My grandmother had purchsed the same in the year of 2005 but after her death and his sons death we four grandchilds are going take of our share in the plot.Where I am doubtfull that my cousin brother want to set on the land forcefully because he has
the purchased documents with him.Now Can someone hep us in telling how to get the papers or are we recipient of the
land if brother do something with the documents???????????
How can we get the another set of papers or how can we separate our share of land with document??
Please help god will definately bless for your help.

the property which i don’t know but in the year i had got information that my grandfather and grand mother have property earlier they had live togethers with my grand uncle/unty after their death in year 1972 they made property distribution and taken sign of my mother. In that agreement written that after death of my grandfather/mother my mother was taken her share and gold jwellary and separated in 1951 but actual not a single inch of land was given. After property distribution agreement all property was distributed my mama/mami etc as per their requirement. After word in 1973 they had lease my grandfather/mother property to another party for 98 year and taken money but on that agreement registered my mothers sign was there actually my mother was don’t know what is happening after my fathers death she fully depend upon my mama/mamijis etc and they had advantage of that situation. Today i got information about 1972 agreement can i make suit against my mamaji and other people pl advice to me

My grandmother expired (5th April 1994) and grandfather expired (15th may 1994); but total land property papers on grandmother’s name; my grandmother has 3 childrens; (elder son love marriage and wrote a letter that i dont want any property. and remain 2 childrens of my grandmother. But my father expired (4th Nov 2005).
Gandmother - 3 children ( elder , middle (my father), younger )

childrens one female 1 male, 2 female 2 male
Now my uncle is telling that this land will distribute only 3 male person. I ask to my uncle now a days male and female has equal rights but rejected me
so please give me details ; section; which article stands; ipc pannel code so that i fight with my uncle.
