amount mentioned in registration papers is less

AnonymousLLB 27 Feb 2012, 11:00

I was alloted a house by noida authority and go it registered last month.

I took services of a professional lawyer but after registration I noticed following:

a) I have paid the correct stamp duty

b) But the amount i.e. the value of house mentioned in registration papers is less than the actual amount paid by me.

I have paid 5% location charge on top of basic cost, but the registration appers and lease deed papers show only the cost of land.

Question.1: How to get it corrected?

Question2: If I do not get it fixed, is it legally incorrect?

Thanks In Advance.

Regards,

SKS
