Hi everyone,

I currently need to write a contract essay, but i have absolutely no idea about it. The question is “why is the misrepresentation act is poorly drafted and it is better to use the common law”

Did u choose this topic or ur college has given this to u? Either ways it’s quite lame and contradictory.. The act is a UK legislation and common law is wot prevails in UK..
