my brother works for a MNC in Hyderabad, he had signed a service agreement for 2 years.(He had joined on 17th dec 2009…but their service agreement started from march 9th 2010(dont know why?))

He resigned on 27th dec 2011…because of medical problem (psychological disorder).

now the company is saying its a breach of contract… My brother has a medical problem, we have doctors certificate and investigation report to show as a proof…even conveyed this problem to HR…but no response from them

how do we go about this… pls advise.
