I would be grateful for your attention and advice on the following problem I am

facing along with my girlfriend.

Her ex-boyfriend(she separated about 1.5 years back) is continuing to send her

explicit and derogatory SMS’s which is affecting her mental well-being…she is

depressed and frustrated because of the content of these messages. She is not

willing to file a police report for fear of involving her family..the person knows

this…she was intimate with this person who is now using old messages as quotes to

further torture her…he is using sexual explicitness to the extreme. We have the SMS that are being sent .

Please give me some advice on what should I do to deal with this situation.
