Dear sir/madam

when a service oriented company has supplied necessaries to ship of a foreign based Indian company and have not received payment for such supplies ,could WP can be made at high courts for not to give clearance at port /customs ,of such ship inorder not to move the ship further unless all the outstanding amounts are paid to the service supplier company .

WILL WRIT would help in this case to recover the service oriented payment.
