can a diploma in any law will be helpful beside LLB?

will a company secretary degree be helpful?

will experience count in law profession?

Put more effort on to say some about topic clearly so keep it up and tell things clearly.

CS is great with law..if u can manage that nothin like it..also, BSE has courses on financial and capital markets wch may boost ur cv..diplomas, yes u may go for it but be ready for questions during interview on the subject. Any additional qualification helps provided u can answer your interviewers wen they shoot questions on u. But basically law firms look for a lawyer with sound knowledge of law, dnt mug up as it wud not help..instead understand and have strong command on subjects of ur interest. Law firms grill u basically on ur knowledge of law.
