Hi Frdzz…

Can any1 provide me a process note & applicable provisions for CLOSURE of PROJECT OFFICE by a foreign company in India.

Anything beyond master circular on establishment of Liaison/ Branch/ Project office in India by foreign entities. As it talks about closure of Liaison/ Branch offices only.
