I’ve purchased an office space in a commercial building and entered into agreement with promoter in October 2010 when the building was under construction. I was promised possession of the premises by April 2011.

The building is now ready but it has got OC only for the ground and first 2 floors while my unit is on the 3rd floor.

I called up the promoter and builder many a times and also sent them letter with request for possession. What other action can I take since my business is now suffering because of delay in possession.

Please advise.
