Can an ex-director have a right to access to Minutes of Board Meeting, General Meetings, Statutory Register which includes Register of Director, Director’s Shareholdings, Register of Members, Contracts, Forms(32 or any other form to be filed with ROC) of a company which is unlisted. Any provisions for this?

Ex-directors have no right to access minutes & Statutory registers.
But any public can inspect the filed forms with MCA after paying 50 rupees. Hencethe person can access following documents:
1. Form 32(Directors appointmet,Resignation & Change in designation)
2. Annual return (Directors details & Share holding pattern)
3. Annual reports etc…
