Tenant vacating, condition of premises

Hello,
A bank that rented our premises since 1985 after much fight for more than a year and me not signing the extension of the lease has decided to vacate. The bank has issued us a 3 month notice per the lease agreement.
I would thank you if you can tell what my legal rights are to ensure the bank returns the premise to me in the condition that I gave them. Please note that there is no mention of this in the lease agreement that my father signed. I would like to know how the law addresses this issue.

Hello Mr. Ashok,
Well i will advice you to hold on for the while so that the Bank hand you over the premises smoothly. Other then this. There are a serice of things u need to keep in mind but subject to the lease agreement. eg. The bank should had you over the premises in the same condition as it was handed over to them. If any development has been added to it they can remove it or dispose it as they want it etc. But all these will be subject to agreement. So without scanning the agreement i can tell u this much only.
