I am wrking as an Executive Legal at an IT firm based out in mumbai,During reviews i keep off Legal Points and im good at it but im told by cocerned Leads who bring buisness that donno think like Lawyer think like a buisness man in this contract what favours us and what id not favouring us,

I tried hard but im able to get this,Could some sujjest what exactly i need to make up this,since iam good at rest of the thing but i pit up in this.
